Cheese Bread

Chedder Cheese Bread

Gluten Free - (breadmaker)
  • 2 ¾ tsp yeast
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 2 cup white rice
  • 3 ½ xantham gum
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup cheddar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 cups milk

Put all ingredients into bread maker and set to dough setting so that it will mix for you and then when it is completed, you pull the dough out and put in a loaf pan that is lightly greased and put in oven for 45 mins at 350®. (I sprinkled parmesan and cheddar on the top of mine, but it is up to you).

Corn Bread

Corn Bread

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Pre-heat oven to 375º and place cast iron skillet in oven to warm up before you begin.

Melt butter in pan, Remove from heat and stir in sugar add eggs and beat, Combine buttermilk with baking soda and stir into mixture in pan. Stir in cornmeal, flour, and salt until well blended, Pour mixture into preheated cast iron skillet, bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
